Biomass not only provides clean combustion, but also provides high
thermal efficiency and a good degree of control. It gasifiers are less
bulky, as compared to the diesel burners and can be physically
isolated, I.e. they may be situated away from the production area.
These burners produce no residue. The greatest advantage of using this
alternate fuel for energy is that the fuel costs of the companies are
reduced by half, thus reducing their production cost. This is
beneficial for their customers, as the products are offered at

production of good quality gas from wood is just one half of the

The INFINITE Advantage
Conversion
of solid biomass into combustible gas offers all the advantages
associated with using gaseous and liquid fuels such as clean
combustion, compact burning equipment just like conventional diesel
burner, high thermal efficiency and a good degree of control.
Furthermore,
the gasification system can be physically isolated from the combustion
system and hence the handling of fuel and ash removal can be away from
the actual plant area.

gasifiers have a range of special features that gives them the

Dry Gas System:
We offer completely dry gas generators which do not require
water/scrubber based gas cleaning. This not only improves the overall
thermal efficiency but also eliminates the problems with effluent
treatment and discharge Compact Foot Print:
The INFINITE Vergassen series gasifiers are the most compact
gasification systems available in India. The compact design not only
requires a much lesser area for installation but also minimizes heat
loss and increases overall thermal efficiency Zero Effluent System: The INFINITE Vergassen series is designed to have minimum waste products and zero liquid effluents Highest Overall Efficiency:
INFINITE Vergassen systems are designed for maximum overall thermal
efficiency. The conversion efficiency and overall thermal efficiency of
the system are as high as 90%. Advanced Controls and Automation: INFINITE Vergassen gasifiers are provided (optional) with a range of innovative control and automation features such as, Fully automatic burners (optional): We
have indigenously developed a wide range of fully automatic burners for
producer gas from capacities ranging from 50,000 kcal/hr to 3,00,000
kcal/hr. These burners are loaded with all the safety features of
conventional automatic burners. We offer single stage, double stage or
continuously modulating type burners depending upon the capacity and
application Load following control (optional): The gas generation (and consequently fuel wood consumption) is automatically controlled to follow the thermal load requirement.
INFINITE Vortex Burner:
These are fully automatic compact burners that are specially designed
to suit low & medium temperature requirements (up to 750oC)
in applications like hot-air-generators, ovens (all types), thermic
fluid heaters, boilers, etc. These are available in single stage,
double stage and modulating control variants as per the requirements of
the process.

INFINITE Swirl Burner:
These are specially designed burners which produce a vertical upward
flame suitable for heating large “karhais”. These burners come in two
capacities, viz., 105 KWth (10 lph Diesel equivalent) and 210 KWth (20
lph Diesel equivalent)
INFINITE Jet Burner: These are suited for high temperature ( Furnace temperatures upto 900oC) applications with constant loads like annealing and reheating furnaces. These are made-to-order burners
INFINITE Long Flame Burner:
These are suited for low temperature application requiring long flames
where the furnace area is large, viz. automatic fryers (chain conveyor
type).
